The Urbana Life--$845 per month

We fell in love with this house the moment we walked through the door. The light! The space! The non-apartment-ness of it!

We know that whoever the lucky next occupants are will love it too. It is such a great house.

Let's tour!

Perk #1: The open floor plan.
Walk in the front door, and you're greeted by a wall of windows (there are two more to the left of the bookshelves that you can't see from this photo angle) and a room that stretches the full length of the house. Light carpets, light paint, high ceilings, bright fixtures, and lots of sunlight.

Perk #2: The big, open kitchen.

I learned to love cooking in this kitchen. Plenty of convenient counter space, a fantastic oven and gas stove, spacious corner cupboards, and extra shelf space above the washer/dryer. All of the big appliances are staying (fridge, dishwasher, stove, washer, and dryer), and so are the window treatments, if you'd like them.

Perk #3: Partially remodeled bathroom.
We had Rebath install a new shower surround and fixtures. The warranty is transferable! We've also added fresh paint and new attractive base boards.

Perk #4: Three bedrooms (or two bedrooms and an office).
All of the bedrooms in the house have ceiling fans (one brand-new) and big, lovely windows. All of the window treatments can stay.

Perk #5: The deck.
A beautiful, solid deck spans the entire length of the house. Perfect for entertaining, for setting kids loose on, or just for relaxing.
